Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Free from damage caused after delivery
What We Accept Returns For
- Wrong item received
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item significantly different from what was described
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind purchases — all sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Items showing signs of use or wash
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalised orders
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item) — we cover return shipping
- All other returns — shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
